This quote was in an email I received this week and it really sums up where I am right now. Between dealing with the stress of scheduling conflicts, trying to absorb an all new path to a healthy lifestyle, and carrying around my former weight-issue baggage, I’m freaking out a bit. Things are hitting me all at once and I’m having a hard time balancing everything I need to do while keeping up with my regular life. What do you guys do when you feel overwhelmed? I’m looking forward to your thoughts and suggestions! In the meantime I’m going to try a few of these ways to de-stress anytime, anywhere.
