I love tacos, so I’m always excited to find a healthy twist on them. That’s why I was excited to cook a recipe from Hungry Girl. It’s so easy. You just spray a grill pan with nonstick cooking spray and bring it to medium-high heat on the stove. Rub half a teaspoon of sodium-free taco seasoning mix on both sides of a fish fillet (I used hoki but you can use salmon). Grill until flaky and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Then serve it with a side of spicy broccoli slaw (mix a package of broccoli cole slaw with chunky salsa, cover, refrigerate for an hour, and drain excess liquid). Ole!
