An experiment gone right

I've recently been making myself the weirdest snack: low-fat cottage cheese mixed with pineapple and peanut butter. I don't know what possessed me to combine them-it sounds gross-but I just tried it one day and loved it. The blend of creamy, salty, sweet, and crunchy is very satisfying. Just to be sure it was good for me, I asked my nutritionist, Katherine Tallmadge, R.D., what she thought. She approved! Katherine liked that it married low-calorie protein source with fruit and heart-healthy fat. If you're feeling adventurous, try it yourself-I'd love to hear what you think.
