Eager to expand my at-home exercise options, I bought myself a Wii Fit Plus. I had heard a lot about the variety of activities it offers and thought it sounded like something I'd enjoy. I was right! It lets me set fitness goals, come up with customized workouts, and keep track of my progress. I've already created a few different routines, including a pre-bed yoga series and a 30-minute cardio set that combines hula hooping, step aerobics, and running. I also put together a few short combinations of stretches and balance moves that I can do in between loads of laundry, which helps me make the most of every spare moment. What about you guys?
