I’m So Hungry (Part 3)

One last time, these are some of my favorite filling foods:

Beans  They’re full of fiber and are a good alternative to meat in a lot of main courses. There are so many varieties out there, you can find one to go with almost any type of cuisine (cannellini beans for Italian food, black beans for Mexican food).

 

Whey Protein Powder  After a hard workout, I’ll blend this together with berries, skim milk, and ice cubes. The protein helps build up my muscles while the whey stabilizes my blood sugar, which can help control food urges.
