An inspiration…to a point.

I really enjoy watching reality TV (maybe a little too much) and one of my favorite shows is Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kim and I look a lot alike (well, we both have a well-endowed bottom and have brown hair). But seriously, that’s actually one of the reasons I like watching the show so much—I’m inspired by seeing how great a smaller version of my body type can look. And I know she takes her fitness really seriously—she works out a lot on the show and was featured in SHAPE talking about her workout routine. But recently I saw that she was promoting a line of dietary supplements called Quick Trim, and that’s where I draw the line. It’s so tempting to think that popping a pill will help the weight fall off, but I know that exercising and eating right is the way to go. It’s harder, but it will last a lot longer!
