Intro to exercise

I just finished my first meeting with my personal trainer, Whitney Cole. We hit the ground running as soon as she got to my house by cleaning out an area in my sunroom to be an at-home gym. She wants it to be a place I’m excited to go, so we added a stereo for music. Whitney also led me through my first workout, giving me tips along the way (always stretch between sets of exercises, keep your heels down and squat a little when on the elliptical). By the end of our session, I began to cry a little. I wasn’t hurt, I was just overwhelmed by everything I had going on. Whitney said the tears were because I was letting go and being open to what was ahead. She’s going to email me in a few days with a workout schedule.
