Learning to Put Health First

In the past, I would always put myself last, making sure everyone’s needs were met before mine. That’s not the case anymore, especially when it comes to my daily routine. A healthy diet and regular exercise are my priorities, end of story. If people try to get me to eat unhealthy food or skip a workout, I remind myself that they don’t have my best interests at heart and I ignore them. This is why I chose the inspirational quote above to share with you today. You have to learn to put your needs first when you embark on a life-changing journey like mine. It’s hard, but the benefits are so worth it!
