Low-Cal Alternative to Dinner Rolls

I love Hungry Girl’s recipes! They’re quick, pretty easy to make, and always have the nutritional information listed. And with Thanksgiving coming, I was even more excited to see this recipe. It’s a delicious, low-cal alternative to huge dinner rolls.
 
Buttery Parmesan Breadsticks
Per breadstick: 44 calories, 2.5g fat
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray and set aside. 
 
Place 2 tablespoons light whipped butter in a bowl and microwave until just melted, about 15 seconds. Mix well and set aside. 
 
On a dry surface, roll out a packaged seamless dough sheet (Pillsbury makes some) into a large rectangle and cut dough into 10 evenly sized strips. Cut each in half horizontally, leaving you with 20 strips. 
 
Twist each dough strip once or twice and evenly place on the baking sheets. Brush breadsticks with the melted butter and top with 2 tablespoons reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping. Sprinkle with garlic powder and bake in the oven until golden brown, 8 - 10 minutes.
