I could have spent my Sunday watching TV and relaxing on the couch, but instead I called up my girlfriend and invited her to exercise with me. We decided to head to the gym and make the most of our time by taking three back-to-back fitness classes.
The first class, Kickass Cardio, was set to fun and upbeat music. The moves made us really work up a sweat. Next, we tried pole dancing! I had no idea working the pole required so much strength and coordination. We finished our marathon workout with belly dancing. My friend and I enjoyed shaking our hips and learning new dance moves. By the end of the day, we were both exhausted, but it felt great to sweat, burn calories, and spend quality time together. Having a workout buddy is always a great way to have fun and get fit!
