One of the things I've noticed recently is how much more energy I have—especially in the morning. This is a huge change for me. I used to feel so groggy and sleepy that I'd program my coffee maker to start brewing at the same time my alarm went off. My husband would bring me a mug before I even got out of bed! But now that I'm eating well and exercising regularly, I'm sleeping better at night and don't need caffeine to get me going. In fact, I walked out the door this morning without having coffee and was almost to the office before I even realized I hadn't had it̵something that had never happened before.
