We all have our own routines. And any change we make to it is tough. But one way I’ve found to stay motivated is to take it day by day. Every morning I tell myself I’m going to make the best choices I can for the next 16 hours. Sometimes it will be tough to remember why I should close the refrigerator if I’m not hungry or put on my sneakers when I’m feeling lazy. But if I constantly remind myself that I’m doing something good for me, my loved ones, and my future and try my hardest, that’s all I can do. Soon those healthier routines will feel like second nature.
