A smart swap

My nutritionist, Katherine Tallmadge, R.D., was reviewing my food journal the other day and noticed that I snack on crackers a lot-they're delicious topped with turkey slices or salmon salad. While she approved of the combos, she wasn't thrilled with my choice of brands. It turns out the one I've been buying contains lots of oil and additives. She suggested I try switching to 365 Woven Wheats from Whole Foods. They're delicious and only have two ingredients: whole wheat and salt. I love that such a simple substitution can make one of my favorite snacks even better.
