Meatloaf is an American staple but it's not exactly healthy. For a light yet tasty version, try my turkey meatloaf recipe. You won’t miss the beef or breadcrumbs. Pair it with your fave veggies and a small baked potato for a balanced and delicious meal.
Coat the sides and bottom of a meatloaf pan with ketchup. Place mixture in the pan evenly. Coat the top of the meatloaf with more ketchup. Cook for one hour and 15 minutes.
*Note: I don’t measure the spices. I just throw in as much (or as little) as I want. You can do the same based on your preferences.
