During this week’s session with Michelle Hastie, my life coach, we covered so much that I had to stop and take notes! One of the key things I learned was this: “Life will happen; you can control it with how you interpret it.” We went over how your perspective is everything. She had me make a list of goals I’d like to accomplish with each of my experts (life coach, nutritionist, and personal trainer) and a wish list for what I want to achieve. Michelle really helps me sort out my frustrations and get a new outlook on life. I am realizing I used to be very “glass half full” but lately haven’t been so optimistic. It’s time to get that attitude back!
