It’s been raining like crazy for the last week. Normally I don’t let foul weather get in the way of my daily walks, but we’re talking torrential storms as opposed to light drizzles, so they’ve put a damper on my morning routine. After the first few days I started feeling restless, so I knew it was time to come up with a plan B. I checked out the class schedule at my gym and found one called “Fat Burn” that I could fit in before work. It combined interval cardio work with strength training. It was a pretty tough workout and by the end I was definitely sweating. I’m eager to try it again—rain or shine.
