You don't need someone yelling at you and a lot of equipment to get a kick-butt workout. The beauty of yoga is that you can kick your own butt (literally if you want to!). This routine will get your heart rate pumping and target every muscle group that you'd work in a bootcamp workout, but all you need is your own bodyweight (and a yoga mat if you'd prefer).
