Being a mom has not only taken a toll on my tummy (more on that in a future post!), it’s killing my back! I’ve been stretching every night, but it’s time to add some resistance training. Tonight I’m trying an easy trio of moves from Becky Tinney, the talented trainer who designed the “BFF Workout” for our August issue.
