Next week, from May 14th to May 18th, is National Bike to Work Week and Performance Bicycle is helping you get ready to celebrate. All this week, starting today through Sunday, May 13th you can bring your bike, no matter where you purchased it, into any Performance Bicycle shop nationwide for a free safety inspection. A Spin Doctor Certified Mechanic will check out your gears, brakes, tires, and wheels to ensure they are working properly to keep you safe next week and beyond. It only takes about two to five minutes and hey, it’s free so why not take advantage of this opportunity to keep yourself safe?
"Last year over one million people participated in National Bike to Work Day," says David Pruitt, Performance Bicycle's Chief Executive Officer. "Our free safety inspections are designed to help cyclists understand the safety condition of their bicycle before they hit the roads and trails this spring." Whether you’re heading out for Bike to School Day on May 9th, or Bike to Work Day on May 18th, or you’re an everyday cyclist now is the perfect opportunity to make sure everything is in working order.
