And I mean, they really like to see you squat. One trainer even went so far to say that when done properly, "squats will make my top lip quiver and make me shed a single tear." Another said that squats, in addition to deadlifts, were "without a doubt" the sexiest exercises women can do, adding, "All other answers from anyone else should be deemed invalid. This is gospel. Church/synagogue session over."

Okay, then! We'd never suggest you work out solely to look sexy for a dude, but there's nothing wrong with getting good and sweaty with your guy. In fact, studies show that couples who sweat together, stay together. Why not hit the gym with your S.O. for an intense sweat sesh, then continue the cardio where it matters most?
