After a workout, I usually reach for a bottle of room-temperature water and a handful of raw almonds. But yesterday I tried one of the new Odwalla Mango Protein shakes and loved it. (For years I’ve been hooked on the brand’s strawberry-banana concoction.) It’s super yummy, and (bonus!) it has 20 grams of protein and tons of calcium. Worth a taste if you see it at your gym’s juice bar!
