Finding that balance when you eat before yoga can sometimes be just as tricky as learning a new arm balance, but when you find that sweet spot, it's totally worth the effort. For me, if I have had a busy day and am doing an evening class, I like to have a snack about one hour before so I have a little bit of time to digest. In this video, I share with you my absolute favorite pre- or post-yoga snack, and it's perfect for summer (or any other time of year).
