One of the questions I get asked almost on a daily basis is, "What do you do to get arms like that? Surely it can't be just yoga!"
It's 100 percent yoga.
Think about it: What could possibly be more effective at targeting every part of your arms and shoulders than moving around and supporting your entire body weight? I don't know about you, but I weigh a heck of a lot more than any dumbbells I would ever lift.
