Ingredients
| 4 | sli | toasted bread |
| 2 | red heirloom tomatoes | |
| 1 | clove of garlic (optional) | |
| pn | olive oil | |
| pn | salt |
Instructions
1. Peel a clove of garlic and cut it in halves. Cut the tomatoes also in halves cross wide.
2. First rub the bread with the garlic with the cut side, and then with the tomato, squeezing gently. Sprinkle it with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Optional: If you wish, add thinly sliced Spanish cheese, chorizo or ham.
