Move 1: Tripod Raise

Equipment: Free weights
Repetitions: 10-12
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and get on all fours, knees aligned under hips and wrists under shoulders, palms facing each other. Raise left arm to shoulder height out to side.
Slowly bring arm forward, then lower to starting position. Repeat with right arm to complete 1 rep.
