1. Circuit training. To get ready for the movie, Lively worked out five times a week doing a killer circuit three times through that involved moves to work the core, legs and arms. Circuit training is a great way to build strength and cardio in one workout!
2. Dynamic core moves. To heck with the floor crunches! Lively relies on planks and moves with a stability ball to keep her tummy tight.
3. Plyometrics. If you really want to get legs like Lively, it's going to take some jumping. While she does do a number of squats and lunges to keep her legs strong, Lively also incorporates high-energy explosive bursts into her workouts such as squat jumps to really get results!
