All the partying (and/or tanning, take your pick) at the shore seems to have made MTV star Jenni “JWoww” Farley a little worse for the wear. When season 4 of the Jersey Shore premiered in Italy in 2011, she had more than just a new look—she seemed to have an entirely new face and body. While she denied having anything done, reports surfaced about Botox, facial fillers, and possibly other procedures. Either way, her quest to look more youthful at the ripe ol’ age of 26 has instead made her look older—just look at her here on October 4, 2012 at the final season premiere of Jersey Shore. She’s proof that the party girl lifestyle has lasting (and ugly) effects.
