All hail Queen B! The glam goddess knows how to rock the stage—and any outfit. Case in point: This body-baring look she sported in Brazil during the South American leg of her “I AM… ” World Tour. To get in tip-top shape for her time on the road, the singer did interval training—45 minutes of alternating between sprinting and running on the treadmill—followed by body-resistance work with trainer Marco Borges. But the training didn’t stop once the tour started; she also did Pilates and yoga for an hour on show days.
