Jane Seymour was only 22 years old when she got her big break playing the clairvoyant Solitaire in 1973's Live and Let Die. Since then, the ageless A-lister has gone on to have an incredibly successful career complete with an Emmy, two Golden Globes, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
At 61, the former ballerina stays slim and sexy with golf, tennis, and Pilates, but she isn't obsessive about it, saying "No obsessive running. No private trainers. No obsessive anything." While Seymour doesn't go too crazy with exercise, don't expect her to ever stop being active! "From 40 on, it's really important to protect your body, especially during menopause," she told Lifetime TV. "A lot of people give up on keeping in shape. I want to be in optimum health until the day I die."
