Celebs' Favorite Healthy Snacks and Drinks

Flip through any tabloid magazine and you'll surely find photos of celebrities toting the newest "enhanced" water, protein bar, or energy drink. So, what's the deal behind waters that also help induce sleep? And who's using juice cleanses to stay slim?

Here's a roundup of 15 celebrities favorite wellness drinks and snacks.

Jennifer Aniston: Smart Water
Actress Jennifer Aniston buys into this beverage that's supposed to be just a little bit smarter than plain old agua. Aniston became the spokesperson for the vapor-distilled and electrolyte-infused bottled water back in early 2010.
Kristin Chenoweth: Dream Water
Researchers at Wake Forest University School of Medicine found that those who sleep at least 6-8 hours a day have considerably less belly fat. The "all natural sleep enhancing" Dream Water helps Kristin Chenoweth drift off to dreamland and keep belly fat at bay. Bruce Willis, Cate Blanchett, Alec Baldwin, Khloe Kardashian, Bill Clinton, Kathie Lee Gifford, and Hoda Kotb have all also reportedly tried it.
Jillian Michaels: Popchips
Celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels recently shared with SHAPE that she loves this crunchy snack because they're "100 calories, with no preservatives, no trans fats, and no artificial sweeteners."

Just like the name sounds, popchips are "popped" using a special method (not baked or fried) and come in lots of flavors, just like regular potato chips. Heidi Klum, Ashton Kutcher, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kim Kardashian also munch on the healthy snack.

Madonna: Coconut Water
Celebs like Madonna, Anna Paquin, Chris Pine, Elizabeth Banks, Padma Lakshmi, and soapstar Alicia Minshew are swapping out Gatorade for the electrolyte infused but all-natural Coconut Water. Madonna was an investor in Vita Coco and Minshew tells SHAPE she loves O.N.E. Coconut Water. It's not only fat and cholesterol-free; it also packs more potassium than a banana. Professional race car driver Alexis DeJoria tells us she refuels and hydrates between races with Zico's version.
Paula Abdul: NightFood
Paula Abdul and Cheryl Hines curb late-night cravings with this creative snack bar that not only fills you up, but also helps you fall asleep. Each NightFood bar has 5 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and 1.5 milligrams of the popular supplement Melatonin, that's also said to be a sleep aid.
Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel: BlenderBottle
Many celebs supplement their fitness routines with power-packing protein shakes. But sometimes those shakes can be lumpy, so Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel tote the BlenderBottle along on their workouts. Its built-in whisk helps whip shakes smooth before you can say 'Stairmaster'.
Lady GaGa: Green Tea
Stars are no strangers to the benefits of green tea. Fergie has been said to down the drink before every performance, and Jennifer Lopez, Rachel Bilson, and Gwyneth Paltrow also drink it. It's said to be high in antioxidants, aid digestion, curb appetite, and even prevent illness.

In 2010, Oprah called Talbot Teas one of her "favorite things" and has reportedly used it as a diet aid. Lady GaGa recently credited Chinese green tea brand Kusmi Detox Tea for helping her to quit smoking. That's powerful stuff!

Blake Lively: Luna Bars
LUNA Protein bars are made especially for women—each one is less than 200 calories, has three grams of fiber, and is rich in calcium, iron, vitamin D, and folate. The brand's 'chocolate peanut butter' flavor is reportedly a fave of Blake Lively, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Aniston, Eva Longoria, Felicity Hoffman, Miley Cyrus, and Katie Holmes.
Brooke Burke: Omega Water
Omega Water may be the newest wellness-water to hit the market, but it's already taking Hollywood by storm. Brooke Burke, Chelsea Handler, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Jerry Ferrara are all getting their heart-healthy Omega-3 fix from it.
Shannon Miller: Natural Plus Energy Bars
Olympic gymnast Shannon Miller has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to keeping her energy up for a strenuous workout. She says she loves to stash a nut-, grain-, and fruit-packed Natural Plus Energy Bar in her bag when she's on the go.
Ellie Krieger: Blueberries
This antioxidant-packed fruit is a favorite of Food Network host Ellie Krieger. "Fresh blueberries are wonderful and available all year long—I buy them throughout the winter," Krieger says. According to the National Blueberry Council, the berries have just 80-calories per cup and are packed with Vitamin C and dietary fiber.
Gwyneth Paltrow: KIND Bars
Health-foodie Gwyneth Paltrow grabs a KIND Bar as her wellness snack of choice. "My mom got me hooked on KIND Bars, which are great to have on hand for those times when I'm on the go and need a quick snack to hold me over," Paltrow says. Orlando Bloom and Kelly Osbourne are also said to be fans of the tasty whole nut and fruit bars.
Jennifer Hudson: VitaMuffin
Svelte singer Jennifer Hudson loves to snack on the deep chocolate flavor of these vitamin-packed muffins. Hudson even had the company ship a box to Africa while she was shooting a movie there! The VitaMuffin VitaTops have just 100 calories each—perfect when you're craving that carb and chocolate fix.
Salma Hayek: Cooler Cleanse
Many celebrities are fans of cleanse diets so it was no surprise when actress Salma Hayek started her own juiced up cleansing company. Cooler Cleanse is said to jumpstart a diet and promote weight loss. Demi Moore, Oprah, Natalie Portman, Edward Norton and Rachel Zoe are also said to be fans of this cleanse.
