One of my favorite workouts is training with weights. It really tones my muscles and keeps my arms lean. I always feel the burn afterward, but it’s worth it! I also like boxing to work my arms and core strength, ballet to elongate and stay supple, and jumping rope to warm up before any workout.

I like to eat fresh, organic food and loads of fruit and vegetables. If I eat something that’s not fresh, I feel it immediately, so I crave good food. And I crave meat—I grew up on a dairy and beef farm. I don’t cut anything out, and if I overdo it, I just work out more.
