There's no doubt Halle Berry has one of the best bods in Hollywood. The stunning 46-year-old keeps her figure fab by following Ramona Braganza's 321 Training Method, as well as Harley Pasternak's 5-Factor Fitness Plan. Due to regular workouts filled with cardio, core, and circuit training, the Oscar winner's confidence has surged since she hit the big 4-0.
"A magical thing happened when I turned 40—a light sort of went off, and I felt more self-assured and confident, like I finally had the right to be authentic about who I am, to say what I want to say. I guess that comes with getting older," Berry says.
Cindy Crawford: Age 46

She may be 46, but Cindy Crawford is still in that same supermodel shape from 20 years ago! The brunette beauty prefers to mix things up when it comes to her workouts, choosing between running, Pilates, Power Plate training, biking, and hiking. With a philosophy of "80 percent good, 80 percent of the time," Crawford is the real deal when it comes to all things healthy.
"It's a combination of a lot of things. I don't smoke, I don't take too much sun on my face—all those things. If you keep doing them enough over the years, they add up," she says.
Courteney Cox: Age 48

America's favorite former Friends star was once an avid runner, but now spices up her workouts with things like Pilates, tennis, surfing, yoga, bike riding, resistance bands, and martial arts. The 48-year-old actress trains with Michelle Lovitt to target those trouble spots and is known to be a devotee of the Tracy Anderson Method.
"My fitness philosophy is to be active in life and enjoy what I am doing," Cox says. "I have always loved exercise and feel that being active is important to maintain not only physical health, but mental health as well."

The 50-year-old singer stays in rockin' shape with everything from biking, stand up paddle surfing, tennis, and P90X to weight training, circuits, and Plyometrics. Crow has also trained with Helene Guzman of LA Rox and Tracy Anderson to name a few, but apparently isn't big on going to the gym.
"I've been known to work out on a treadmill or StairMaster, but my first choice is really getting outside and running. That's where I can really clear my head," she says.

The 54-year-old Material Girl keeps her form rock-hard from workout sessions with her trainer, Nicole Winhoffer. She's also a fan of Barre3, an hour-long routine that combines ballet, Pilates exercises, and yoga poses.
"[I work out] for health reasons and for aesthetic reasons. If I have to go out on stage and, you know, jump around in a pair of hot pants, I better look good—and also, when I perform I'm like an athlete, and I have to be in good shape," Madonna says.

You'd think Sharon Stone would be obsessed with exercising to have such a hot body at age 54, but surprisingly, she keeps it all in moderation. "I work out only as much as I have to," Stone has said. "I don't have a regular routine. When I notice things aren't quite where I want them to be, I step it up. You park further from the door, you take the stairs instead of the elevator."
The sexy star is also pretty laid back when it comes to food. Generally, Stone follows a low-sugar diet of lean proteins, fruits, and whole grains, in addition to avoiding caffeine and too much alcohol—but she's not afraid to splurge every once in awhile. "You have to have those days when you just let go, and Sharon does," says her Pilates trainer, Anne Winfree. "She likes to have a little bit of chocolate now and again. And a cheeseburger, though very rarely!"

Iman tells Real Beauty, "I eat whatever I desire but in moderation. I never have alcohol, carbonated drinks, or red meat, though I do allow myself to cheat every so often, depending on the indulgence. I believe that exercise is not only for vanity but also for its health benefits."

"Some days I don't have time for a full workout, but I do have to dry my hair, right? So rather than just stand there blow-drying, I do several kinds of leg squats at the same time," she told SHAPE.
When she does have time for exercise, the supermodel starts her routine with a Total Gym session for 15 minutes, then follows it up with yoga, kayaking, paddleboarding, rafting, surfing, or running.

Seymour tells Lifetime, "I just don't go willy-nilly into some new exercise. I see people injure themselves in those group classes where people go crazy, and I get upset. My approach is cautious. I have a hot shower before I move my body at all. I get on the treadmill for 10 minutes to half an hour. I also do light weights very carefully. I use the Pilates machine too."

Veteran actress, activist, and fitness fanatic Jane Fonda has released more than 20 exercise videos since 1982, making her a true inspiration for women everywhere. Recently, Fonda's made a comeback with Prime Time, a series of workout DVDs for the older generation.
"It's important to exercise when you're young," she says. "But it's the number-one ingredient for successful aging. It makes a difference in all aspects of life."
While Fonda credits her youthful looks and slim silhouette to her positive attitude, surely her lifelong dedication to regular workouts and a color-based food plan didn't hurt!
