After 30 years of struttin' the stage with that alarmingly fit figure, Madonna is the ultimate queen when it comes to both pop music and fitness. The 54-year-old Material Girl keeps her form rock-hard from workout sessions with her trainer, Nicole Winhoffer. She's also a fan of Barre3, an hour-long routine that combines ballet, Pilates exercises, and yoga poses.
"[I work out] for health reasons and for aesthetic reasons. If I have to go out on stage and, you know, jump around in a pair of hot pants, I better look good—and also, when I perform I'm like an athlete, and I have to be in good shape," Madonna says.
