You'd think Sharon Stone would be obsessed with exercising to have such a hot body at age 54, but surprisingly, she keeps it all in moderation. "I work out only as much as I have to," Stone has said. "I don't have a regular routine. When I notice things aren't quite where I want them to be, I step it up. You park further from the door, you take the stairs instead of the elevator."
The sexy star is also pretty laid back when it comes to food. Generally, Stone follows a low-sugar diet of lean proteins, fruits, and whole grains, in addition to avoiding caffeine and too much alcohol—but she's not afraid to splurge every once in awhile. "You have to have those days when you just let go, and Sharon does," says her Pilates trainer, Anne Winfree. "She likes to have a little bit of chocolate now and again. And a cheeseburger, though very rarely!"
