This Is How Iskra Lawrence Responds to Being Called "Fat" On Instagram

Check out the Instagram comments on pretty much any female celebrity's feed and you'll quickly discover ubiquitous body shamers that are, well, shameless. While most shrug them off, we can't help but love it when celebs address the haters head-on, giving a big middle finger (literally and figuratively) to body shamers.

Model and body pos activist Iskra Lawrence—who we recently caught up with regarding the 'plus-size' label—just took that to a whole new level with her Instagram response to one ignorant troll.

After one (truly disgusting) user called Lawrence a "fat cow" and accused her of "eating too many bags of crisps," amongst other things, she responded with a photo and video "for anyone who has ever been called FAT". They are the closest think to a big FU we've ever seen. (Did you know Fat Shaming Could Be Destroying Your Body?).

Had to make a #slow-mo too...This is for anyone who has ever been called FAT. Thanks for the inspirational words on a recent pic @zseanzbrown "Fat cow. It's only cus every F****r on this planet is obese that that's the norm... Plus-size models? give me a F*****g breaking. Everyone needs to stop eating McDonald's, the NHS is f****d because of people like her eating too many bags of crisps." Ps I do not condone binge eating. I eat whatever I want in moderation. I will eat crisps but I'll also make healthy home cooked meals and workout regularly. The message is who gives a F what anyone else thinks of you. YOU are the only one who decides yourself worth And sorry I'm usually not rude or give anyone the finger but these online trolls smdh #iskralawrence #everyBODYisbeautiful

Although anyone who follows Lawrence (who's also the face of the Aerie Real campaign) knows she eats healthy and works out like a boss, she clarified, "Ps I do not condone binge eating. I eat whatever I want in moderation. I will eat crisps but I'll also make healthy home cooked meals and work out regularly. The message is who gives a F what anyone else thinks of you. YOU are the only one who decides yourself worth," she wrote. Preach.

Keep on doing you, Iskra!
