The actress's second cookbook, It's All Good, focuses on the low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free meals she's taken to eating after a panic attack at a dinner party. She asked Dr. Frank Lipman to offer up some breakfast options to fit into her new eating plan on her website, GOOP. While we can't be sure this is truly what she dines on each morning, Lipman suggested veggie omelets and smoked wild salmon with sardines and avocado on gluten-free bread.
