That’s why we were thrilled when the vivacious vixen created an “Electra-cise” workout, exclusively for SHAPE!

Level: Beginner

Works: Entire body

Equipment: Exercise mat, jump rope, dumbbells, foam roller

Workout details: Do 1 set of 8 to 10 reps of each exercise (unless otherwise noted), taking up to a minute to catch your breath between sets. As you get stronger, increase the intensity by doing 2 or 3 sets.

This workout features the following exercises:

1) Shadowboxing (5-10 minutes)

2) Foam Rolling Shoulder Blades

3) Lying Side Leg Raise (1 set on each leg)

4) Single Leg Circles (1 set on each leg)

5) Quadraped

6) Turkish Get Up

7) Dumbbell Lunge (1 set on each leg)

8) Squat Thrusts
