How to do it: All exercises in his Total Body Workout should be performed in a circuit, 3 days per week on non-consecutive days for a total of four weeks. Start with 10 to 12 reps of each movement, and as you become stronger, increase resistance.
On weeks one and two, take a 30-second rest in between each move. On weeks three and four, cut that down to a rest of 15 seconds. After completing the circuit, rest 60 seconds and repeat two or three more times, depending on level.
