TV’s toughest trainer is back and better than ever. Michaels recently expanded her television presence into daytime as co-host on the Emmy award-winning series The Doctors, as well as special contributor to Dr. Phil.
But before she was a huge TV success, Jillian struggled with her own weight. At age 12 she tipped the scales at 175 pounds, and was tired of being “the chubby ugly duckling who ate lunch alone everyday.”
Motivated by her own need for personal transformation, the talented trainer has developed the tools to change other lives drastically.
She recently launched Killer Buns & Thighs in September, and her newest DVD project Extreme Shed & Shred will hit Amazon this December.
With a slew of best-selling books, exercise DVDs and a line of weight loss supplements, what I love most about Michaels is that she really seems to care about the success of the people she helps.
