This weekend I covered the “Decade of Difference” gala for the Clinton Foundation where I spotted Jane Fonda on the red carpet. I’ve never seen the 73-year-old in person until now, and all I can say is wow! She looked absolutely amazing in a pair of metallic skinny jeans and shimmery sequined jacket.
The veteran actress, activist and fitness fanatic has released more than 20 exercise videos since 1982, and is a true inspiration for all things healthy.
She recently launched a new book titled Prime Time: Love, health, sex, fitness, friendship, spirit – making the most of all of your life.
The book gives her own perspective on how to better live what she calls "the critical years from 45 and 50, and especially from 60 and beyond.”
Fonda also has two more fitness DVDs (Trim, Tone & Flex and Firm & Burn) to be released in December, aimed towards older exercisers or those who are just starting out.
The best part? She’ll be presented with the “Shape Your Life Award” by our editors at the end of October for her dedication to good health!
