It's a sad day in Hollywood. Another star from the movie-picture musical Grease has passed away.

Annette Charles, better known as "Cha Cha, the best dancer at St. Bernadette's" in Grease passed away  on August 4th, at just age 63. Jeff Conway, who played the T-Bird Kenickie in Grease died this past May at age 60 after being hospitalized. Conway had been battling a drug addiction for years.

While the news that these two Grease stars are gone is sad, we can't help but think about how much these two actors and all of the characters in Grease have lifted our spirits over the years. Grease is such a high-energy, feel-good movie that captures both the angst and the excitement of those high school years.

Feel-good and laugh-out-loud movies like Grease can actually improve our health. According to research, laughing can improve blood flow, boost immunity, lower blood sugar levels and help you to relax and sleep.

In honor of Conway and Charles, why not pop in Grease tonight?
