Jennifer Aniston's Healthy Living Secrets

1. Yoga. The star is a huge fan of yoga and works with her personal instructor, Mandy Ingber, the creator of "Yogalosophy," to sculpt (and keep) long, lean muscles.

2. Running. To get sweating and add excitement, Aniston works in 30 to 40 minutes of running, spinning, or other forms of cardio into her routines with Ingber.

3. Water. Aniston drinks water—and lots of it! As the Smart Water spokesperson, Aniston once said she tries to drink 100 ounces of water per day.

4. She avoids fried foods. While the star is a fan of In-N-Out burgers, she says she sticks to a diet of simple, fresh food and tries to avoid fried and processed foods as much as possible.
