Sure, she spends hours in the studio every day rehearsing, but she's also super mindful of her diet. But we don't need to tell you, we have the photos to prove it! The stunning dancer documented a typical day in her diet exclusively for SHAPE. Read on to see all the delicious details!
Breakfast: Eggs with Avocado

"Breakfast is always right before rehearsal! I love eggs and eat them often in the morning. They're high in protein, which helps give me energy throughout the day, and avocados have 'good fat' and are really great for your skin. I didn't eat all the potatoes but a little bit of starchy carbs keeps me feeling full longer."
Breakfast Side: Fresh Fruit

"I try to eat as many fruits and vegetables I can daily. I love watermelon and pineapple, usually during the summer. Apples and oranges are great for the immune system so I try to eat at least one of either each day. I love berries too: strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, and raspberries. I try to eat a bit of fruit at least three times per day."
Morning Coffee Drink

"The coffee I drink is from Starbucks: a tall black or redeye with sugar-free vanilla and steamed soy milk."
Snack: Homemade Trail Mix

"A couple times per week, I make a batch of trail mix using Nature Valley Protein Granola as my base. I then add sliced almonds or another yummy nut, chocolate chips or chunks, dried cranberries, and often blueberries too. It's a nutritious and filling snack that gives me the boost I need throughout the day. I put them into little baggies and throw them into my purse. It's easy and delicious."
Lunch: Kale and Spinach Salad

"I love kale and spinach, so for lunch I often make a kale and spinach salad and top it with roasted peas, tomatoes, and a light olive oil vinaigrette dressing. I always add one-third to one-half pound of low-sodium turkey breast on the side. This is one of my favorite lunches!"
Dinner: Lean Meat with Salad and Potatoes

"Some nights I just want lean meat with a salad and potatoes. I do it about once a week and make sure on those days to eat really light throughout the day. Most days breakfast is my biggest meal but not on steak nights!"
