Gwen Stefani May Have Figured Out the Best Way to Get Over a Break Up

As the queen of crop tops, Gwen Stefani has been giving us ab envy since her No Doubt days (and leaving us wondering how the heck she sweats to get such a bod). But the recently divorced rocker is apparently dealing with her split by working up a whole different kind of sweat. Last week, she told E! News that instead of working on her physical appearance, she’s working on her “spiritual exercising.”

“[I’m] really trying to connect and be grateful, considerate, being present and living in the moment, and so that’s where I’ve put a lot of my exercise right now,” she explained. (These 5 Healthy Habits To Get You Through a Breakup are a great idea too.)

And it seems trading sweat for solace is a growing trend in Hollywood. Cate Blanchett recently told The Cut that while she’d love to get to a point where she has time to exercise, the goal she’s actually going after is to meditate more. They may not burn as many calories, but both ladies will most definitely reap a whole slew of benefits from daily oms, including less stress, an improved mood, a healthier heart, a boosted immune system, and a smaller waistline. Plus, meditation can help lessen the blow of loneliness, so Stefani may be on to a new breakup cure after all! And, ahem, having Blake doesn't hurt either.
