What’s your fitness routine?

I don’t have any routine that’s set because I don’t obsess about anything. For me it’s about health and [relieving] stress. So there is nothing set.
Is there a workout you love to do?

I’ll run about 2 miles. I recently started loving running in this last year and a half. I used to hate it, but now I love it!
What are your favorite moves at the gym?

I’ll do some floor based Pilates, some lunges, and squats.
Are there any exercises you hate doing?

Ironically, I have really strong abs, and I generally hate [exercising] them the most. I think I take for granted that I didn’t really have to work for them.
How often do you work out?

If I work out once a week—great. If I end up getting in 3 days a week—even better! I’ll take what I can get!
Do you work out with a trainer?

I have a trainer that I’ve used over the years. I can’t afford to go all the time. Generally I will go to her twice a year for social reasons, and I have my friend share a session just to see her.
