Nothing says good morning like a warm bowl of oatmeal, but the best part? It’s super healthy too! “The fiber from the oatmeal keeps me full longer and the blueberries are an added touch for flavor,” Hartsock says.
Apples or Celery with Peanut Butter

The snack we all loved as kids is also totally great for adults. “I am a sucker for snacks that combine sweet and salty,” the radiant reality star says. “For a healthy, satisfying snack I turn to celery or apples with peanut butter.”
Hummus and Pita Chips

For a little midday splurge, Hartsock goes for all things Greek. “I love hummus and don’t eat too many carbs throughout the day, so I like to indulge in this pairing.”

Since the busy TV personality is constantly on the go, having granola bars on hand is an absolute must. “I make sure to have them in my car or in my purse so that I never go hungry,” she says. “It also helps me to curb cravings.”
Lean Turkey Meat with Broccoli and Rice

Who needs chicken when you can have turkey! “The turkey gives me the protein I need for energy throughout the day without the calories, while the rice and broccoli create a balanced meal that is easy to prepare,” the beautiful bachelorette dishes. “This meal is also easy to store so I make at least two to three meals from one preparation. It works well for a busy schedule.”
Spinach Salad with Walnuts, Dried Cherries, Goat Cheese, and Chicken

“My all-time favorite salad that I like to have or make for lunch is a perfect combination of protein and sweetness that doesn't leave me hungry like some salads can,” Hartsock says. “It gets me every time!”

When it comes to looking that fantastic, Hartsock knows the importance of H20. “Luckily I enjoy drinking lots of water throughout the day (I'm like a fish). I find that it does help keep my diet balanced while being an added benefit to my hair and skin,” Hartsock says. “The more I drink, the less I want heavily sugared sodas or drinks.”

Everyone needs to indulge every once in while! Case in point? “I have the biggest sweet tooth ever! I can't live without having dark chocolate on hand for any moment during the day that I need a little sugar pick-me-up. I allow myself to indulge in moderation at least four times a week. The small amounts of chocolate throughout the week keep me from giving in or even wanting other desserts or sweets,” Hartsock says.

Aside from all the healthy eats, what does Hartsock do to stay in such awesome shape? “I love going to spin class and hiking. I try to hike at least twice a week while taking a spin class or going to the gym also once or twice a week. I like to switch it up throughout the week so I don't get bored of the same activity or workout,” the lovely lady says.
Her tip on how to get just as fit and fab? “Get outside! Even a walk around the neighborhood, beach, or countryside before heading into work can jump-start your metabolism and make you want to continue staying active. Also, the fresh air is the best stress reliever I know.”
