And the winner of Miss Universe 2013 goes to… Gabriela Isler! The 25-year-old brunette bombshell, who hails from Venezuela and works as a TV anchor, beat out contestants from 85 other countries at the 62nd annual beauty competition to nab the ultimate crown.

"I am beyond excited to be Miss Universe! I'm anxious to know what this year will bring to me. I feel blessed to have this opportunity to make my country proud," Isler says.

Something that makes us super proud? That seriously amazing bikini bod! But like everyone else, Isler has to work for it. The recent college grad (with a degree in marketing) exercises every day and never skips her core work. "I always work on my abs, every single day. As Miss Universe, exercising your abdominal muscles is mandatory!" she says. [Tweet this quote!]

Of course a good workout is never complete without a healthy diet, so we got the chance to dish with the personable pageant queen to find out what's on her typical (model) menu. Read on to find out!
