1. Running. Before baby, Connelly was known for getting in long runs — six to 10 miles at a time!
2. Yoga. Connelly loves how yoga can help you to center and focus. She even squeezes in yoga sessions when she's on set filming.
3. An apple a day...You know the saying, and Connelly believes in it and then some. She's been said to eat three Pink Lady apples a day. What a delicious way to get your fruits in!
