Here's Exactly What the Kardashian Sisters Eat for Lunch

 

Perhaps no other family is in the spotlight quite as often as the Kardashian/Jenner team, so it's no wonder they all try to eat well and get their sweat sessions in—we're looking at you Shape cover girl Khloe! And whether you've binged on every season or have stopped on an episode while flipping through the channels, you've probably seen the girls chatting in Kris's gorgeous kitchen as they dig into a takeout salad. There's only one question: What exactly are they eating all the time?

Mystery solved, thanks to Kim Kardashian, who posted her and her sisters' salad orders from Health Nut, a hot spot in Woodland Hills, CA where they order from constantly. Curious to know which Kardashian is your salad spirit sister? We've broken down their orders.

Kim

Kim's go-to is the Chinese Chicken Salad. Clocking in at just under 400 calories (including dressing) this bowl's filled with shredded chicken, chow mein noodles, pickled ginger, and carrots. Khloe

Khloe chooses the Chinese Chicken Salad as well, but she manages to one up her big sis. She opts for organic chicken and adds avocado on hers for a dose of healthy fats. Smart (and strong) girl, Koko.

Kourtney

Kourtney opts for the Chef Salad with no cheese, no tomatoes, and no sprouts, just sliced turkey breast, sunflower seeds, and added avocado. Typically this salad with the Health Nut house dressing would clock in around 500 calories, but since she nixes a lot of the toppings, she's looking at a lot less. Kylie

Younger sis Kylie steers her own salad ship by ordering the Deluxe Salad with shredded chicken, no tomatoes, and no cheese. So what's left you ask? Carrots, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, and the Health Nut house dressing. Kendall gets the same order, but only nixes the tomatoes.
