Get inspired by the fit Bond beauty who boxes, runs, and cross trains, then get pumped to see her kick ass onscreen
The newest Bond girl, Stephanie Sigman, is hot, sure. But she's not just eye candy for 007; she's a badass in her own right. The relatively unknown actress has appeared in the short-lived FX series The Bridge, where she played the girlfriend of a hitman; the Mexican drama Miss Bala, about a beauty queen forced into helping a gang carry out illegal activity; and the underwater thriller Pioneer. She's already primed for her role as Estrella in the Bond franchise's 24th flick. (See 10 of Our Fave Bond Girls: Then and Now.) Since we know we'll be watching her alongside Daniel Craig when Spectre comes out November 6, we wanted to get to know her a bit beforehand. Luckily, her Instagram account is a wealth of knowledge—especially when it comes to finding out how this Bond girl gets in shape.
To stay in fighting shape, she spends a lot of time in the boxing ring.
And while traveling, she hits the hotel gym.
In LA, she'll take her workout outside, working with a trainer and using props like resistance bands and a skateboard to tone up.
Like everyone, she has those days when it's a struggle to work out.
Her hard work pays off with serious abs!
But, thankfully, she knows that a girl has to indulge every once in a while.
We're excited to see such a healthy, strong woman score this big role, and can't wait to see her in action!
